MVC Games Week 6

Belmont got a OT win at a top 100 Chattanooga team. They have a 7-0 275 pound beast of a center who can shoot the 3 like a guard. He had 32 points and 20 rebounds and 5 blocks. He was 5 of 8 from 3-pt. Without him, they are a very average team.

Our star, Ben Sheppard, had an off day as he went 2 of 16 overall and 1 of 8 from 3-pt. Davidson, Friberg, and Tyson picked him up with 23, 17 and 17 points respectively.

We are finally healthy, so I hope this is a sign of better play for us.

Congrats to the Valley on a 4-0 day

Bears were fantastic yesterday, thoroughly demolishing Central Michigan (yes, they are bad). Reminded me of the MTSU game a few weeks ago where things were just clicking. They play really hard, always...and are talented, but so very poorly coached. Frustrating team to be a fan of, but days like yesterday give you some hope.
