10 minutes in.

MSU is 1-12 from the floor, 0-8 from 3, and 0-2 from the charity stripe. Christian Kirk has the bucket for the Bears.

15-2.

You know you're in a crap load of trouble when your best player is a walk-on.

40-15 at the break.

I guess this record is fewest first-half points in D1 history?

MSU looking like a SWAC team or worse. They are looking like a worse version of SIU from last year and a 300+ rpi killer.

I don't know that they're that bad. Among the teams MSU has played, only Jacksonville qualifies as "really bad," and their schedule so far is second strongest in the league according to RealTimeRPI.

Now, last place in the MVC I'll still buy with an RPI around 250-280 and about 6 wins.

Pathetic performance by the Bears. Nothing positive to take away from that game that I could see.

Well Jacksonville also beat UWM, who is currently winning in Cedar Falls.

Maybe I was a little harsh, just looking at the fact that they've played 5 DI teams and are still looking for their first division I win. Doesn't look like they will get one for the next 3 games although Tulsa is possible I guess. Their next predicted win would be @Alabama A&M although it's on the road (and why are they playing SWAC team on the road?).
