Jesus Christ, THIS is the year you finally get your act together early, Kentucky?

More than half of their top eight players are sophomores or juniors this year. This is a different Kentucky team that in the past, thanks to the Harrison twins staying.

The 3 line: Kansas, Utah, Wichita St, Texas
The 4 line: North Carolina, Washington, VCU, Iowa St
The 5 line: West Virginia, Maryland, Seton Hall, Colorado St
The 6 line: San Diego St, Northern Iowa, St John's, Oklahoma
The 7 line: Ohio St, Arkansas, Baylor, Butler

The 9 line: Michigan St, Oklahoma St, George Washington, UNLV
The 10 line: Georgetown, LSU, UCLA, Providence
The 11 line: BYU, Temple, Stanford, TCU
The 12 line: Xavier, Notre Dame, Iowa, Syracuse, Green Bay, Stephen F Austin
The 13 line: Harvard, Buffalo, Iona, Wofford

Bubble in:
Dayton
Illinois
Georgia
Michigan St
Oklahoma St
George Washington
UNLV
Georgetown
LSU
UCLA

Next 4 in:
Providence
BYU
Stanford
TCU

Last 4 in:
Xavier
Notre Dame
Iowa
Syracuse

Last 4 out:
UConn
SMU
Florida
North Carolina St

Next 4 out:
Boise St
Miami
Minnesota
Georgia Tech

On the consideration board:
California, South Carolina, Indiana, Penn St, Davidson, Cincinnati, St Mary's, Evansville, Loyola(Chi), UTEP, Yale

Break it down!
Big 12 8
Big East 7
ACC 6
Big 10 6
Pac 12 5
SEC 4
A-10 3
MWC 3
WCC 2
MVC 2
American 1

If you want to make an argument for listing Illinois St alongside Loyola and UE, I'm fine with that. All 3 are kind of back from the bubble battle for the moment, but lurking.

UNI certainly has room to fall, but as of now they'd have to screw up pretty badly to miss the tournament.

Wichita is Wichita. The only issue is they really lack the high-end win they need to make a push for the 1 line.

You're way better at this than I am but I don't see iowa making it. Kinda hope they get close just assure UNI of another quality win but they need a lot of help on offense.

I'm pretty sure KU would forfeit immediately if they saw both UNI and Stanford in their bracket.

I think they're going to get dragged along kicking and screaming by the rest of the conferece. Big 10, ACC, Big 12, Big East are going to have a monopoly on bids at this rate

This made me laugh because it is true.

Interesting that Lunardi, would set up a possible rematch between SHOX and Satin Hell.

The consensus seems to be UE and Loyola are too far off the pace to matter. I have Wichita now on the 4 and UNI on the 7, so I don't have any quibbles with him.

Seems he also agrees this will be big years for the Big 12 and Big East. Big East in particular will be surprising to some here, but take consolation in the fact that everyone's going to have a party in that conference and Creighton won't be invited ;)
