Panthers can't blame anyone but themselves for this display. Missouri St is in the same boat, holding the paddles. Is this anywhere close to the worst offensive performance in the Valley in the modern era? At least since the current makeup was solidified? 48-37 UNI final.

It was kind of painful to watch.

You're joking right? You're going to place this one on the officials? Closet Shockernet poster?

The technicals were a joke, bad officiating took a 3 off the board for the bears. Congrats to UNI they played well down the stretch. Bears gotta keep growing.

First T was bad, simply trying to not land right on top of Tuttle, the 2nd one Wilson has to be smarter than that. Right by the official, of course it gets called.

It was pretty clear on ESPN that shot didn't hit the rim and therefore the refs have to stop play. Call it an operational conspiracy by the UNI sports department but the officials did what they are required to do.

Awful, awful game. I'd like to say it was a good defensive game but both teams missed tons of good looks. Just an off night, someone may want to check those rims ;)

The first T wasn't for just hanging on the rim. It was because he tried to grab the ball when he was still on the rim. That's a T. The second was close. I've seen similar plays called both ways.

The first T was for pulling himself up on the rim, not simply holding onto it to protect himself. Hang for a second and release and it isn't called. Do a chin-up and your getting booked.

Second one was an obvious one right in front of the ref. Not a smart play at all.

Right or wrong on the those technical calls (personally I think they are both the right call) how can 1 guy get two technicals and not be out of the game?

BTW this is one of the ugliest games I have ever had the privilege of witnessing. One thing both teams can take solace in is at least they weren't Northern Illinois bad.

Probably the ugliest game I've ever seen. Wasn't that impressed with Missouri State's freshmen either as I was told that I would be and this was supposedly the lowest point total by the Bears in like 70 years.
