Indiana State's win over Rice was nice too - I expect Rice to me a much better team by the end of the year.

Unfortunately that is not the case. Bradley appears to be miles ahead of everybody else, with the possible exception of Missouri State. Everybody else does look to be middle of the pack though with the exception of Valpo.
I’m not nearly as pessimistic as Drakey (also have you watched ISUb play?), but yeah Drake had a good bounce back. We still have our issues to figure out, but it was a get right game for a lot of folks, Tucker included..
Of course you are less pessimistic. I posted after a 24 point loss. you posted after a 24 point win.

UNI gets waxed by NC in second half after leading at half time; final NC 91 UNI 69. Murray St a 10 pt loss to App State.

Woof.

That was not a fun 20 minutes.

The first half was how high the ceiling is, the second was how low the floor is.

Realistically, if Born doesn't get healthy we're a middle of the pack team again.

Bummed.

The early-season overreaction that I'm not sure is an overreaction:
UNI isn't very good.

Yes. We need Bowen healthy.

We forced them to (let them, sometimes) shoot outside, which worked the first half and DID NOT work the second. They shot 9-13 the second half. Some were open but some were shot while fading back. Really good shooting.

The entire UNI section was around UNCs bucket and was very loud in the first half. I do think that affected them.

What's Born's issue; he's averaging 27 minutes in the 3 games he played and got up 12 shots today. Those appear normal numbers.

Hip flexor that's spread to his groin.

The numbers are within reason but you can tell he's absolutely not right watching him move around.

Did you watch? The majority of the time he’s in he’s playing shooting guard. He doesn’t have his normal quickness.
