Official MVCfans 2011-12 prediction - 3rd place

Each week we will open a poll for users to predict the end of season finish for the MVC 2011-12 basketball season. We will work in reverse order, concluding with the predicted MVC champion chosen by our users between the last two teams remaining in week 9 (just in time for MVC media day).

Evansville was selected as the 4th place finisher (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1366&start=0)

Week 8 - Who will finish in 3rd place during the 2011-12 MVC mens basketball season?

I don't think the next vote will be interesting. Creighton should be the easy favorite to win this league and I expect it to reflect in this message board poll. And that's also how I'll be voting as well.

I started a thread earlier on the battle for third. The battle for third is currently seen as the battle for 3rd through 6th. WSU is going to pick up a bunch of votes here because a lot of MVC fans don't like WSU or WSU's fans.

I'll save my comments on 1st and 2nd for the 2nd place vote, where I expect CU to walk away with the nod for first.

"The battle for third is currently seen as the battle for 3rd through 6th"................only seen that way in Wichita my man, only in Wichita. Creighton may be the overwhelming favorite on paper for 1st but the Shockers are a long way from being an overwhelming favorite to be the Bluejay "Bridesmaid".

I picked ISU. It was easy given the three choices. I also picked ISU fourth, so I've really voted for them twice!!!
