Radio for games?

I am driving to STL and trying to use my tune in radio ap to listen to the SIU ISU game. Does anyone know what stations either teams games are broadcast on or what station in STL has it?

According to a release from the Valley, 101Sports (101.1 FM) in St Louis will carry all the games from Arch Madness.
