That thread asks how many new coaches will be in the valley next year. We already know SIU has a vacancy. This one is about Weber interviewing at SIU.....

Thought it deserved it's own thread.

My thought is that it could only be a good thing to have him back at SIU, but I can't imagine how much tougher the recruiting battle will be in Illinois for ISU and BU.

I think this will be good for Weber and SIU. Also bring some pub to the Valley as a whole.

The reason I linked you to that thread was because somebody had already posted the same link over there.

I wonder if he would bring back Lowery as an assistant.....talk about turning full circle. I'm assuming if he's interviewing, he's interested unless he finds out that SIU is a huge mess.

I always wondered that myself. Lowery is getting paid regardless. Why not bring Weber in as the head coach and have Lowery go back to an assistant.

Jabari Parkers father will probably be made an assistant coach. ;)

Late reports from the Southern Illinoisan that Sir Mario Moccia has made an offer to Weber.

You can never go "home."

You have changed.

Home has changed.
There is no difference between basketball and life. Give both your best and ignore the "fans" on the sideline.
