Most likely POY not named McDermott

Doug will be preseason pick and probably win, so who's #2? I'll take Tyler Brown of Illinois St.

The answer is jackie Carmichael. You could say Colt Ryan is a possibility too, but he would probably have to score 28 ppg or something unless his team can finish in the top 3-4.

If it isn't McDermott, it would have to be Colt Ryan.

I don't think Evansville will be good enough. He'll make all conference based on stats but poy isn't going to someone in the lower half.

Gregory Echenique. He was a monster at the end of last season. 1st team valley for sure. CU will have one of the nation's best frontcourts with 2 NBA picks.

Cleanthony Early will be a dark horse. The two time JUCO POY is used to winning awards and at 6-8, 230 je can play three positions. We will see how he transitions to D-I.

I think WSU juco players are in for a rude awakening. Different game, different speed, different players.
