Of the following, who might start: Balentine, Babineaux, Keane, Thurman, VanVleet? The guys in the race last year were starters so would help to know before I vote.

Barring injury, I doubt Babineaux will start. He seems like a 2 or 3, and I expect Hines and Simons to be Drake's starters at those positions. Babineaux could easily play significant minutes as the first 2/3 off the bench, though.

Agreed. Drake will have two newcomers (Carter, Hines) in the starting line-up, but no freshmen.

There was some fan talk about an RS due to the guard depth, but based on prior performance, pick-up performance, and HCGMs praise for FVV after the late summer practices, it appears more likely that he will start than red-shirt.
