Exciting news. I hope you can get it in Cedar Falls for UNI fans.

It would be welcome to have some MVC talk in the Kansas City area as all we get is KU it seems. I assume you'll post a schedule when you know it?

We taped a 30 minute preview episode this week and I will be posting it on The MVC Report. It's sort of an introduction to the show and some interviews with UNI, ISUred, UE, and WSU beat writers. We wrap up the show with some quick predictions of the conference season.

Because the show will air at different times in different markets, we taped the first official show tonight. We had Doug Elgin on and he discussed conference realignment and the end of BracketBusters. Some interesting information I thought. We hope everyone will listen.

For right now, the show will air at the following times:

Des Moines--KRNT 1350 am --5pm Sat
Omaha --KXSP 590 am--8am Sat
Wichita--KFH 98.7 FM --6am Sat
Evansville--WUEV 91.5 FM--before weekend game
Normal--WJBC 1230 am-- tentatively before weekend game

We will also post the podcast here and on the blog sometime Saturday. If you're on twitter you can follow @MVCHoopsShow for show updates.

Wichita was tricky because the Shockers games air on a non-sports channel. Basically, we took what we could get. You can always listen to the podcasts which will be posted to the blog: http://www.mvchoopsshow.blogspot.com/
