Kind of off subject but is there any concern about Evan Wessels play so far? Maybe rust from being out so long last year?

His shooting has been horrendous. The rest of his game has been fine. I don't think anyone is pleased with his ability to score the ball.

Fred just owned that game with UNC Central. 8 assists, 1 turnover. 14 points, 6 rebounds and a steal. The things he does at 'winning time' are a delight to watch.

He has zero confidence in his three ball. It's really incredible.

Guy is a three point specialist, and he can't make a shot now. He's still giving good minutes, but man .... His shot is bad.

Guy was a 45% or so shooter last season before the injury?

That's too bad. Kind of reminds me of Scheer his sophomore year. He looked like a really promising swing 2/3 his freshman year then just couldn't find the basket the next year. He seemed to really let it affect the rest of his game too. He's gotten some better but hasn't come close to the potential he initially showed.

Hopefully he (Wessel) gets it back soon.

Wessel is definitely not a three point specialist and I would guess that 45% last year was just a result of not enough data. Still, he should be a serviceable 3 pt shooter somewhere in the 30-35% range. 0% is insane. He's starting to remind me of Jake White.

Beautiful thing is that Evan doesn't let it affect the rest of his game. He's the same blue collar guy that every champion needs.
