I might mention that Fred has been nominated for the Bob Cousy Award, given to the #1 PG in the nation.

VanVleet is among the 10 finalists for the Naismith Award, which is a National Player of the Year Award.

Always here; just observing and marking time. Bears are where most of us thought they would be at this point . Not a Lusk fan, but despite that, I think he has us well positioned heading into next year. Loss of Marcus took us out of perhaps even being a bit higher than expected, but injuries are often a part of the picture. I really like our young guys and if Lusk can just grow a bit out of his ultra conservative nature, I think we will be in the hunt this time next year.

Those 3 losses were Tennessee (@ Tennessee), Crieghton (neutral), and National Champion Louisville (neutral). In the games where Baker was injured last season and only VanVleet played, the Shox were 15-6 (71.4%).
