5 guys playing international; ball professionally are on the team. They may have been locks before the camp started. In that case, there would have only been 7 roster spots available for college players.

Another thought goes that a lot guys on the team can play 2 positions (like Baker). Fred only plays PG, which could be a limiting factor for selecting a 12-member team.

Great honor to cheer for a team with two superb players on it! That said, as a homer, I feel they're a little low.

With both Baker and VanVleet still on campus, Wichita State will be shooting for its third straight Missouri Valley title (and fourth in five seasons).

Only reason it didn't work out exactly that way was that there was no way to keep Cotton off the court.

Wessel is thought to be preparing for playing on the perimeter for his Sr. year. Yeah, scary backcourt.

Wessel may be the most under-recognized, winningest player in MVC history.
