I have some real bad news for the Bulldogs.

I watched about 30 minutes of real time of the Bulldogs and Rice. Then I switched over to the Blue Bird game.

The Bulldogs will lose two games this year to the Blue Birds and neither game will be close.

I apologize for delivering such bad news.

By the way, the Shockers will probably lose in Omaha. I have no idea about Wichita.

Van Deest/King/Carter better than than Rice/Jeffers/Mason...and Jeffers and Mason are still on the team.

Still got Simons and Clarke to anchor.

Hines and Ricks are also nice additions.

I'm guessing you mean Madison (Drake also has a Mason on the team, but he's a freshmen). Even without Rice, this is a more talented Drake team. Will be interesting to see how quickly all the new guys can adjust to D1 ball.

Drake looks good in the first half, and much better than what I saw against Rice. Lead by 4.

BTW, Clarke is going to have a big senior year and King is going to be VERY good before he graduates.

What happened to Madison? I thought he was a freshman last year?

Clarke is a warrior. He's very limited offensively, but he's a good defener, he goes after every rebound and every loose ball, and he's a very good passer. Right now, he's 9th in the country in rebounding.
