#23 Wichita State at Cuonzo's Volunteers

Postby pafan » December 13th, 2012, 8:15 am

7 PM tonight in Knoxville (eastern time).

Volunteers are 4-3, averaging only 61.4 points per game. Losses to Oklahoma St, Georgetown and Virginia.

Losses have all been bad, most points Tennessee has scored in a loss is 45. WSU has the defense to stop Tennessee... will it happen? Tennessee opens -1.5 in Vegas, line has already moved to Tennessee -1.

There is local TV in Knoxville, but as far as I know nothing nationwide.

I know for the Wichita area it is on Fox Sports KC, not for sure what areas all have that channel.

It is on a few of the FSN sports channels. I'm guessing most Valley fans will be able to watch if they so desire.

Wichita should not have any trouble, should be able to play a lot of players, win by a comfortable margin.
A loss would raise some eyebrows I think.

The Evansville Courier this morning says it will be on Fox Sports Indiana. While this is not the greatest Tenn. team of all time, it will be a chore to beat them on their home floor. This game should give a clue as to whether the Shocks are for real or not.

I guess that's why the Vegas line has Tennessee winning by a point. WSU is the dog in this game.
