Could UNI of gotten a quality win somewhere? Lost all 3 in Atlantis, UNLV, but I guess G Mason is a good team

GMU's rpi is 80. Toledo - 230. UNI's other 3 W's are all 300+ rpi teams. UNI is 1-3 against the top 100.

UNI is likely to get 6 top-100 rpi games in league.

UNI fans are very disappointed with the results, but I'd rather play a very tough non-conference schedule and end up with a 6-5 record than play 10-12 cupcakes just so we can rack up meaningless wins.

We had a shot to build a resume worthy of an at large bid before conference play started and failed. Most MVC teams didn't even give themselves a shot.

I don't know. A tough non-con schedule is good. But you have to perform at least decent with it. The Panthers have failed in that aspect. Now, the schedule may have been so tough that it has shaken the team's confidence. Maybe it makes them tougher in the end, but as of now, UNI has no shot at an at-large.

I agree, UNI has no shot at an at large, but I'm still glad we gave ourselves a chance.

ISU(red) has proven a great record against terrible competition doesn't get any rewards from the committee.

Unless UNI gets a couple of W's against WSU, CU, or IlSU in Valley play and pretty much takes care of everybody else, UNI has no shot at an NIT invite.

UNI has an RPI of 166 with only one OOC game remaining against RPI 100 St. Mary's.

At this point UNI needs to aim for one of the C-something tourneys.
