I have two words for you: BS

SIU fans were insufferable.

UNI fans are still insurfferable - they will live in the past till the day they move to Div 2

CU fans have forgotten they were once in the abyss

A shocker fan calling out UNI fans for living in the past. That's rich.

1-19-'11 UNI 77 - WSU 74
2-12-'11 WSU 73 - UNI 55
1-18-'12 WSU 71 - UNI 68
2-8-'12 WSU 82 - UNI 57
12-20-'12 WSU 66 - UNI 41

Average score: WSU 73 - UNI 60

WSU fans living in the present - where it's still rich.

Funny how 3-4 years ago when UNI was hammering WSU, Aargh would bring up the 60's or Xavier Mcdaniel.

But now, when WSU has a leg up on UNI, UNI fans are labeled as "living in the past" if they talk about 2010 which was a mere 3 years ago.

When does WSU get back into the rankings? It is certainly deserved in my opinion.

I'm sure when we do, we will be 24th, lose on the road to a top 50 RPI team and never get another vote.

Once you get your injured players back I'm not sure you'll have to worry about that.

Do i really care ? not really, cause it makes the valley better and many teams from other leagues do the same thing. But my point being that the rest of the valley teams dont cheat on recruiting (to my knowledge). I hope wsu isnt caught just for the sake of the league, but someday soon it could come back to haunt them . And shocker fans im sure will deny this but there are some of them that already know this to be true.

Restaurant-quality post. It's so good, I'm inducting it into the Valley Hall of Shame Quote Archive that I started about 10 years ago. This jewel is right up there with a MSU fan stating that, beginning in 2004, they were the Kings of Midwest College Baseball and that WSU would never host another MVC Tournament, NCAA Regional or get any recruit over MSU forever. Also right up there was chitown fanatics' 2008 prediction that WSU basketball would never be anything more than a mediocre Valley basketball program and would never be nationally-relevant again.

Thanks for your contribution to the Hall of Shame.

I checked the stats 3-4 years ago. WSU split with UNI both in the 2008-09 and 2009-10 regular seasons. I wouldn't constitute that as "hammering". Looks like even going back before UNI's Sweet 16 year, WSU has had the upper hand in the series.
