I bet Fred VanVleet really enjoyed yet another win on that floor, having played in the state high school tournament there last year.

I don't think this was a moral victory, but it was encouraging for BU since Wichita State destroyed Bradley both times last year. Hopefully, BU closes the talent gap next year.

While the crowd was small, it did get into the game at times. Bradleyfans.com said there were plenty of recruits in town from Chicago to see the game, so hopefully they were impressed.

Van Fleet is a very good player. Fun to watch.

I believe that's the definition of a moral victory.

John Higgins blew the call. He saw what appeared to be a scrum, so he got all excited and called a double foul.

Señora Rio and I watched a frame by frame replay. Williams played Lemon's balls all the way. His two hands were on his balls, until the whistle was blown.

I corrected this for you, Richard. You are most welcome.

Hats off to the Shockers, who really are a great team. I'm proud of how my Braves battled, but the talent gap was just too wide to overcome. Marshall has built something really amazing down there. Kudos to you.

I thought both teams played well and it was a very fun game to watch. It's impressive to see the changes in Bradley so quickly. If Bradley plays like that at home this year, they will only lose a few games there.

You may be right. I was pissed walking out of Carver Arena. This team needs to learn how to play the last minute of a close game.
