Drake has to find the money to pay off the Phelps disaster first.

Current AD, SHC, is only a cheerleader with absolutely no basketball knowledge, she hired Phelps and gave him the extension that will have to be paid off. Allowing SHC to make another Men's BB hire defines insanity.
