Porter Moser is a nice man, but I fear the Loyola-Doyle scene is Evansville-Colt Ryan redux. Loyola might have the collective talent level capable of an NCAA bubble run, but they're unlikely to reach that ceiling under Moser.

I'm not sure if the next MVC head coach opening will be Indiana State (Lansing parlaying the current window for more $$$) or Loyola (though Moser's contract runs through 2018), but I'd like to see the next MVC opening take a hard look at Tim Cluess and the Wichita assistants before they're snatched up. Cluess would add a real exciting style to the conference. I'm also impressed by Duggar Baucom who's consistently maintained VMI as a Big South contender in spite of being arguably the hardest D1 school to recruit to.

Thanks for doing this, Wufan. I always enjoy getting a glimpse into next season but never have the time or dedication to go compile the information. Keep 'em coming!

Will keep posting in order of this years finish. Hope to get through all ten teams this weekend since no real basketball is being played. ;)

Thanks WuFan. Great work!

From Bradley's end--you can take Macari Brooks off the newcomers. They won't be able to get him into school. There will be probably four more this spring--mostly all JUCO's. Bradley really needs to start winning.

Also Jay Knuth; fr, 6-4, 180 <- Still a verbal, but expected to sign

Whatever you think about Moser, I think the biggest weakness was depth. We had 3 of the 10 highest mpg guys in the league. We barely had a backup point guard at all due to a season long injury. Two 6'10" centers (a redshirt freshman, and a first-year juco sophomore) barely played.
