Returning Starters:
Justin Gant; sr, 6-9, 230
Jake Kitchell; sr, 6-10, 247

Key Reserves:
Khristian Smith; jr, 6-6, 215
Devonte Brown; jr, 6-2, 195
Demetrius Moore; sr, 6-7, 230

Key Losses:
Jake Odum
Manny Arop
Dawon Cummings

Additions:
Alex Etherton; fr, 6-5, 195
Brenton Scott; fr, 6-0, 170
Tre Bennett; jr, 5-10
LaQuarious Paige; fr, 6-3, 175
Brandon Murphy; fr, 6-7, 270

Biggest strength: Small forward/Stretch 4

Biggest weakness: Point guard

Projected finish: 5th

Reserve :
Brandon Burnett; jr, 6-6, 225
TJ Bell; so, 6-8, 240

Key Loss:
Lucas Eitel

Rumors:
Demetrius Moore may be transferring
Austin Etherthington (IU) may transfer here to play with his brother.

While all of the above is true…

Eitel played < 11 minutes per contest; therefore I did not include him as a key loss.

Burnett played < 8 minutes; therefore not a key reserve.
Bell = scrub; therefore not a key reserve.

I did go ahead and include ALL incoming players, as it is difficult to discern who will be a contributor.

Likewise, for WSU, I did not include Wessell as a key reserve. I did include Coleby as a key loss since he started 19 games.

Understandable about Eitel. And the others that's why I took the word key out of it LOL

Hasn't been "official" yet but sources have indicated that Demetrius Moore has transferred (closer to home, FL) and that Ind st has picked up a shooter (Badly needed) in Grant Prusator. He's a Juco transfer and will have 3 years of eligibilty. Also Austin Etherington IS considering coming to Ind st to play with his bro. Ind st does have 1 more scholarship so either Austin will grab it or Ind st will pick up somebody else maybe. Will update when more information is provided or released.

Evansville has added Jucos PG Stafford and PF Wiley to either push for starting spots or to add depth.

If these jucos are as good as advertised, UE could have a really solid team next season. I'm not expecting a whole lot from the Villanova transfer.

I think these two adds are exactly what Evansville needs provided Stafford (who looks similar to Bobby Hunter) can run the point. Having two scoring options from the perimeter and a legit forward to play along side Mock should fill the gap.

Well, nobody has seen Mislav play a single minute, so we don't know what to expect. His freshman year at Villanova produced 41 minutes, and 2 points, so I am going to wait to see how good he is. Some of these foreign players take a full season, or more, to settle down, and feel comfortable with their game. It will be interesting to see how he progresses.

This year's UE team was desperately short on firepower beyond 15 ft. I think both Brzoja and Stafford will be able to help with that. Even if both of them are only 4ppg/8 mpg type of players, that's an option the Aces will have that they did not have this season.

I'm impressed. Evansville could be pretty strong next year with a three guard lineup. Still seems like they need more of a facilitating PG, but improvement is improvement.

If Mock progresses and at least Wiley provides good minutes, things look promising there. Hopefully Marty runs a more balanced offense.

Watched Brzoja a few years ago in a prep all-star game.
I really liked his game; not overly quick but innovative with the ball.
