I actually got "Sisters of Mercy" off of saluki nation. I never did catch the actual team.

Here's a link to the schedule of the team they played.

The three games in three days 1500 miles apart may have been the toughest part of their schedule.....but don't overlook that tough game with Friends University on January 15.

Bradley supposedly beat UWM by 14 in a scrimmage on Saturday.

Not a lot of details but four BU players scored in double figures and they are all newcomers (Freshmen Josh Cunningham and Donte Thomas and JUCO transfers Jermaine Morgan and Warren Jones). Supposedly Donte Thomas led the way with 18 points.

BU plays Augustana Thursday night in its only exhibition. This is the D3 Augustana from Rock Island, IL.

The Bears played Nebraska-Omaha in a closed door scrimmage and supposedly won by 20+. Word has come down that local Freshman wing Chris Kendrix led in scoring.

UW-Milwaukee. They won the Horizon Tournament last year but weren't that good. Still, the Braves lost to them last year so maybe that's a good sign.

I can't wait to hear what happened with the top-10 Redbirds at Northwestern. Chris Collins must've felt like he was back in the ACC!

The most detailed report on WSUs exhibition that I've seen. It was pirated from ShoxMVC on shockernet:

My "eye in the sky" reported the Shox started FVV, Rod Barker, TC, Evan & Carter. They played 2 15 minute halves. The Shox jumped to a 17-3 lead with said starters. 3G began rotating and the frogs made it about a 4-pointer at the break.
The second 15 minute period was a more consistent effort by each team, with the Shox winning by just a few points.

Nurger was impressive and reports are he looks good at the 4 as well as the 5.

TomBush is work in progress, but should be a part of the mix with the bigs.

Shaq is Shaq...very good skills on the offensive end, but still takes some possessions off, which makes 3G shake his wrist watch more than normal.

Kelly needs much work on the offensive end, although uses his gifted body frame to get rebounds.

Holland and Henderson can shoot. Holland can actually rebound effectively for a 6-0, 150 lb guard.

No real report on Glass or Brown.

Excellent play by the four we know and love and will be our backbone.

RS guesses: Brown, Henderson.

Bradley plays its one and only exhibition game tomorrow (Thursday) at 7 pm vs. Augustana.

Augustana returns basically everyone from a good team last year and is ranked #3 in the preseason D3 National rankings. It won't be a walk over for BU.

Good call, but BU still needs to win. Unfortunately, Braves lost 58-56.

I thought Geno was a great hire at the beginning and I hoped this would be the year he turns it around...but that's not going to be the case, time to go bye-bye.

Any chance they can find a new coach before the season starts? Maybe give one of the assistant coaches the interim HC title and hope you strike gold....
