Too quick on the 3 ball

Not to mention two more 250 lb bodies to put in the paint. Not sure Lynch posts up hard on every possession just yet.

I can see why Redbird fans are high on Akoon-Purcell. He can really score.

Old Dominion was 3-0 with wins over LSU, Richmond, and UNC Wilmington. So a 19-point win is pretty impressive for the Redbirds.

Why doesn't Muller play Man-to-Man? It seems so obvious that he should be running at least 50% MTM with this group.

ISU held them to 30-35% shooting & scored about 20pts off of turnovers in the half court. Why would they not play zone against this team?

Good win for the 'Birds. I'm really impressed by the D. Giving up only 45 points to a 3-0 team that had the #1 rpi spot in late November (yes, I know that doesn't mean anything - just an interesting curiosity) is a great showing.

That defensive effort means the 'Birds might be for real this year. Need more than one game that way.

It looks like IlSU could be the #3 team in the league by knocking MSU out of that spot. As to challenging for a league championship, that seems a bit delusional.
