Heck it seems there are nearly as many Redbird fans as Blue Demon fans.

Exciting finish.

A nice win for ISUr in a game they had to have. Good job Birds and good job Salukis today.

Nice win and way to break the losing streak to DePaul.

Nice rally road W for the Redbirds. ISU had to tough it out after their 3rd leading scorer (Guard Bobby Hunter) went out at the 4 minute with a concussion. Then at the 18 minute mark the Redbirds leading scorer DeVaughn Akoon-Purcell went out and didn't return.

So without their #1 and #3 leading scorers, ISU still managed to earn the W over a now 6-3 DePaul team.

Early reports are that it may be a stress fracture for DAP (DeVaughn Akoon-Purcell) which could keep him out for the next 4-6 weeks. Hopefully that's not the case as he would then be out for almost the first half of the MVC season.

DePaul had been playing well of late winning 4 of 5 including a 15 point W over Stanford.

I think he was referring to our losing streak in games played at DePaul.
