Congrats to the Panthers! Well played. Now feed those kids some Big Macs. Several of them look emaciated.

Also, not sure why Washpun doesn't start. He, Lohaus, and Jespersonappear to be better than Mitchell, Bohannon and Morgan.

I wouldn't count on it sadly. I hate this Big 4 Classic with a passion. I would much rather we play another team in a home and home than keep playing this thing.

Wow. Show some confidence in your team. UNI is really good this year. Nice win by the Panthers against an interstate rival.

And win or lose - would love it if the Bears got the chance to play MU.

That's too bad because they were really lined up for a National Championship in basketball also.

Congrats on the Division II National Championship appearance.

2014-15 Technical Foul Count:

Dan Muller 1, Gregg Marshall 0

Keep it classy, Redbirds.

Congratulations to UNI. A good win for the Panthers. Thank goodness at least one other team in the Valley besides the Shockers can get a quality win.

At this point, RPI wise (warren nolan), ISUr still has the best win over ODU. Has been that case for some time now.

Washbun's blocked shot on Iowa's White was one of the more memorable basketball moments I have seen for a while. UNI seems to adjust very well finds various ways to score.

Iowa State is National Championship capable if they keep playing at the current level.

There was a lot of talk about UNI getting back to a heavy defensive focus coming into the season after a couple years of a more uptempo style. Its more than just talk now, 11 games in, the defense has been fantastic and its what has carried this team.

Very true.

From an actual quality-of-team standpoint, per KenPom Old Dominion is the 71st best team in the country. There are many better overall wins.

I'd love to have that Old Dominion win on WSU's resume right now, though. Teams 50+ spots higher in RPI than KenPom are the perfect opponents.
