It was a tough decision, but I made a move at the top this week. I feel like the Shockers are still the favorite in the MVC, but Panthers are probably playing better at the moment.

I like Loyola and hope we can get a rivalry with them in the next few years, but I am not yet sold on them. They've had one-two impressive wins (TTU/KENT), I'm not counting Boise St as a good win when they had two of the top 8 scorers in Bronco history were not playing that game, and without them Boise St is the level of Indiana St. All in all I hope the Ramblers do well in the Valley and get the 5th spot, but I have a feeling it will be a little different then playing McKendree or Southern Utah.

There's a chance the Valley could get 3 bids if the chips fall correctly.

We need someone other than UNI or Wichita to win in St. Louis

What we really need is for Drake, Bradley, SIU, and ISUb to stay completely dog s*** and not beat anyone other than themselves and the top 2 only losing to each other...and maybe 1 to third place who

that is pretty much a certainty, but I think SIU is better than some think, and will surprise a team or two.

With the wins and losses that the bottom has had, it's hard to say who will come out of that group.

It's not a certainty that it will happen that way.

There are a number of times bottom half teams have played out their ass against top 2 teams and beaten them is high enough that the terms like "Evansvilled" and "Bradleyed are real things that I've seen used multipe places multiple times

Just like every year there are going to be "upsets" every week, some weeks even more than others.
From what I have seen this year there probably isn't +/- 10 points between most of the Valley teams.
UNI seems to have played the most consistent in the OOC season, maybe a little more prepared for the conference to start.
There are no guarantees and that's what makes it fun and exciting.
