Nike. We've got a pretty decent deal for Football and Men's Basketball.

Jake is pretty high up the Nike chain and his clout has gotten us some decent football run as well.

We are one of those schools that could get different shoes, uniforms, warm ups, etc... a lot more than we do.

Jake, and Farley on the football side, just aren't big fans of the alternate uniforms thing. UNI did a "black out" game vs Drake a week ago. Those uniforms were used once (they might..maybe see one more game...maybe?). They are being auctioned off. It was the first uniform UNI has worn under coach Jake that wasn't the standard white home and purple away. The football team hasn't worn a true "alternate" jersey since a black alternate in 2009. Those uniforms were worn once and were auctioned off. There has only been 3 other times since at least 06 that UNI football hasn't worn the "standard uniform set" for a football game:
-wearing white pants in stead of purple during a road game at Iowa State in 2010. UNI loss and Farley vowed to never wear white pants on the road again...and we haven't.
- wearing all white, including a white helmet (instead of the purple helmet UNI has used for decades), against ISUr in 2012 in Cedar Falls
-Wearing all purple vs NDSU this past season.

Alt uniforms just do not happen at UNI per coaches request. Now, the plays love the black uniforms so I wouldn't be shocked to see a change to the uniform rule going forward. Standard uniforms with 1 alternate (black or yellow) that will be worn once, maybe twice, during the season and then auctioned off.
