That's interesting, since Madison was a 5th year senior this year. Only possibility is that he's looking for a 6th year, as he missed 2 complete seasons with injuries. Madison is a great kid and a great student who has already completed one year of grad school. Injuries prevented him from ever becoming the player that Drake fans were hoping to see. He was actually rated higher than Rayvonte Rice when Drake signed them both out of central Illinois.

Jordan Daniels is another Drake player who seemingly had used up his eligibility this season, and is now on the transfer list.....he also must be petitioning the NCAA for another year of eligibility....he lost a complete season of eligibility due to the timing of his transfer from Boston College to Drake.

If they graduated, they don't have to sit.

I realize that, but both were theoretically out of eligibility after this past season. Both will have to appeal to the NCAA for an extra season. Madison will be in his 6th year next season, and the NCAA rarely grants a 6th year. Daniels' story is a little different, here's a link to explain his situation.

Per NCAA rules, he had already used up all 4 years of eligibility.

Preemptively, I'm just going to say that Hinson should be fired and they should bring back Lowery.

Coach Hinson maybe. Not gonna happen with Coach Lowery. Just no way.

Jalen Pendleton going to a D2 school in Minnesota
Blake Danielak going to Indiana University of Pennsylvania....3rd straight year a Drake player has transferred there (Jeremy Jeffers, Daddy Ugbede). IUP made it to the D2 National Championship game this past year.

D2 is probably a better place for Danielak to be.

Don't recall seeing it here, but I read today that Ron Mvouika is transferring out...St Johns I think.

That is correct. 3 players in 2 years playing elsewhere on D1 programs.....Devon thomas (Texas Tech via Juco), Marcus Marshall (Nevada), and Ron Mvouika (St Johns).

The D2 "elite eight" was held in Evansville, at The Ford Center, where The ACES play.
Was broadcasted on CBS. The FC looked pretty good on national TV.

Jalen Pendleton. also from Evansville.

Any word on where Cunningham is going? Seems like he is the biggest fish transferring out.

Nothing official on Cunningham yet. There's a decent chance he follows ex-Bradley/Chicago AAU coach Chin Coleman wherever he lands since Chin was key to Bradley landing Cunningham in the first place. No doubt he's getting attention from some bigger schools too. He probably has some options.
