Local media reporting $1 Million base plus incentives and annual raises.
I'll wait until confirmed by a second source, but it certainly matches rumors that have been circulating.

It's great to see a coach loyal to a school that's willing to give him whatever it can. He can make more money but he seems to be truly happy in his situation.

Well done UNI. My only question is what does this do for a buyout? Can't see him leaving, but I hope the buyout is at least a challenging figure for schools.

Didn't quite make it to $1m per year.
Only 900k according to this. Still amazing. Never would have thought UNI could have gotten him that high. Great news though!

Sounds like part of the deal was assistants need to always be top 2 in the MVC for pay.
Buy out is half of remaining contract if bought out before 2019...currently at $9m...or 4.5m to buy it out
