Never, ever would Bill Self allow Marshall into the Big 12.

Details of Marshall's contract came out today.

1) 3 Million per year with 650 K in extra incentives each year.

2) In 2-3 years, it goes up to 3.5 million with incentives.

3) WSU Assistant Coaches received 650 K contract raises.

4) 7 year contract with automatic rollover each year.

To clarify #3, that's the pool of total funds to pay for three assistants plus the DOBO, which is pretty good dough. You could have a payout like this:

Associate HC: 275k
2nd assistant: 160k
3rd assistant: 125k
DOBO: 90k

Uh oh. Shh. Don't bring up GM's contract. Even though several UNI fans brought up their basketball coaches contract which was a good one, they and an Eville fan or two might take offense. We are supposed to be quiet.
