I think so. Novsek has been touted as an excellent recruiter. Lennox is coming in with head coaching experience and is familiar with UE & the Valley.

Doug N. was a HS teammate of Marty's at Lawrenceville, IL HS and then went on to play at SIU. He then was an Asst ISU(Blue) for 5 years / 5 years at Southwest Texas State (now Texas State) / 3 years at ISU(Red) / 5 years at Nebraska and then 8 years at Univ of Nevada-Reno.
Lennox F. was UE player but his career was derailed by injuries so he assisted Jim Crews and then Jim Les at Bradley before following Marty as the head coach at SIU-E.
Hopefully all works out well for the Aces.
