Those are easy answers.
1. No. There are some schools who won't, and they will pay for it with their success (or lack of).
2. You have have to be willing to invest continually in your program/facilities and invest to keep your coach from being poached. If u look at those MVC programs that have any sustained success in the league they have had the ability or the desire to step up and retain their coach.
