Each week we will open a poll for users to predict the end of season finish for the MVC 2015-16 basketball season. We will work in reverse order, concluding with the predicted MVC champion chosen by our users between the last two teams remaining in week 9.

To me, this is where it starts to get interesting.

Not sure what ISUb has left, but they do have Lansing. I picked them here, but would not be surprised to see Drake be Drake and Lansing coach a rag-tag group to middle of the pack.

I guess the best 1-2-3 combo outside of Wichita is a ragtag bunch? Van sycoc will be a very solid valley 4 as well. Center postion keeps them from top 3, but well above drake

Perhaps it's the most "unsung" backcourt. Who are they again? Brown, that Bennett and Smith? Do you have any back-ups? sycamorenation is so dead it's hard to tell that you have a basketball team.

Stick to Wichita State conversations wufan. Bennett is long gone and you forgot freshman of the year Brenton Scott. Brandon Burnett and JC AA Everett Clemons will be solid backups.

Brenton, not Bennett...that's right. Burnett. I knew he was on the squad. I didn't realize you were relying on a player that has career highs of 10 points and 6 rebounds. Hopefully Clemons is a good one.

With Scott and their other good guards along with Smith and the new additions of Van Syoc and perhaps Bunschoter, under the guidance of Mr. Lansing, ISUb stays out of play-in. Drake needs another year of seasoning me thinks, as well as stronger point guard play. Not sure where that will come from for Drake, Madison is serviceable but gone after this year.

First of all, that is entirely possible. Kindof left the door open on that one.

Second, I think you are making a fairly bold assumption (one I'm not willing to make) that ISUb has the best 1-2-3 combo outside of WSU.
