Bulldogs open with an exhibition against McKendree at 4 PM.

DU played a "secret" scrimmage with NDSU last weekend.

That was disappointing. I was going to watch the first half.

Has it even started yet?
It's still listed and I have it cued up. Screen full of snow, right now.

it wasn't on espn3 after all

Anyway, ISU won 91-71, Smith did play and led ISU with 21 points, Van Scyoc added 13, Scott 12, and Murphy 11

Hmmm, what is happening with the ESPN3 deal? It seems to be a trend. Bradley was supposed to be on and wasn't either.
Is it the schools dropping the ball? Or ESPN. Have we been scammed? Glad I live locally, at least I can go watch BU get pummeled this year.

Someone posted on the ACES fan page that, ESPN had just too many conflicts in streaming exhibition games, with all the NCAA football broadcasting at the same time.
Hope I quoted that correctly.

WSU had no problems with Hawaii-Pacific 92-58 or something like that.

Did not play: Fred VanVleet - Hamstring, Rauno Nurger - Redshirt

Anton Grady is ready to go and very good. Rashard Kelly looks considerably more comfortable than last year. Has the handles to take it to the hole and can hit from 3.

Landry Shamet started at SG, Baker at PG.

I don't think I've ever seen a Fr class at WSU as smooth as this one at this stage.Lots of minutes for reserves and walk-ons.

The Fr-So team REALLY looked good.
Ty Taylor - PG
Landry Shamet - SG
Zach Brown - SF
Eric Hamilton - PF
Shaq Morris - C

Even in limited minutes, Shamet will get consideration for FoY. Should be a lock for All-Fr team. Potential for All-MVC next year. If you would have known there was an AA on the court, but didn't know who it was, you might have thought it was Brown. Hamilton has been described as a car going downhill with no brakes. He will be a handful any time he's on the floor

I haven't even got McDuffie onthe Fr-So team 'cause there are only 5 players on a team. McDuffie showed why he was a top-100 HS player last year. Well-rounded with a pretty complete game.

The Fr seemed about as game ready as any Fr class I've seen from Marshall, and I saw VanVleet and Baker when they were Fr.

Depth this year will be insane.

Agree this is the best freshman class I've seen at WSU in 20+ years. Shamet, McDuffie, Hamilton, and Taylor. These guys are gonna carry the torch for the next 4 years. Add in the sophomore class of Frankamp, Kelly, Morris and Brown and I'd say we're set for a while.
