MVC opening night

The two Drake transfers (Woodward and Abramson) are pretty good. Timmer is a really good underclassmen too. The Bulldog defense and rebounding is awful.

But, neither was as bad as the ball handling.

You're more positive than most folks over at Drakenation right now, including me. Definitely agree about the lots to work on.

The main problem for me is that the biggest issues are things that can't be worked on. Like being small and slow, and not being ready to play against athletic players. Since Drake doesn't have many athletic players, and none bigger than 6'2", it's something they can't replicate in practice.
