The BU-MSU game was actually pretty entertaining. Bradley continues to just foul way too much and turn it over too often.

Dequan Miller is good against everyone else but has three points in two games vs Bradley. Hendrix on the other hand.....

I think he can really play. Im not sure why he doesnt get more run. DIxon and Church are good freshmen. I think the Bears have something to build on.

As a fan Im proud Bradley didn't cave. 71 points is a lot for them...and especially considering they had four at the under eight timeout. Van Bree is going to be a very good player in the MVC.

Official Lines - SIU @ WSU (WSU -15.5) - My -17 wasn't far off.
Evansville @ Northern Iowa (UNI -1.5)
Illinois State @ Loyola (Loyola -1)

From what they were saving on PurpleAcesFans, UE opened a 1 pt. favorite. Now they are a 1.5 dog. Weird, because that seems more like there is an injury or player who is banged up and questionable. Or UNI would be getting someone back from injury.

To my knowledge no player is in that situation. Maybe Vegas says they like Jacobson over Simmons too?

VI Consensus has waivered between UE -1 and UNI -2. 3 point swing for a midweek MVC game seems unusual to me. I don't follow these things enough to know though.

I would be willing to be that Evansville wins handily tonight.

UNI on the road against a team with a great big man seems like trouble for us. If Mock gets our big men in foul trouble we have no depth. Game over. Let's not forget how good Ballentine is. Although if we put Wes on him, and he does what he did against Beane I am not as worried as I am with the big men.

Welp I am an idiot. It is at home. I am so lost by the fact that I no longer live in Cedar Falls and go to every game. Still don't feel great about it.

The big betters, that do this for a living, move the opening lines on games they find value in. They are right more often then not.

I will watch the game here in ICT.

A Cat win will not surprise me at all.

All I want to know is this: can the Cats' 5 man stay out of foul trouble.

Here is the Cats standard formula: 60s scoring, low turnovers, low personal fouls, tough defense, high free throw makes, bunch of 3 ball makes.

By the way, #12 for the Aces looks as if he might say, "I could hurt you real bad, if I wanted to."

I had no idea that #12's dad played trumpet for Frank Sinatra.

UE has a lot less to play for now than they did a week ago. I wouldn't be surprised to see them come out extremely flat.
