I don't want to set off an argument but I think the only reason people think that is because they know UE isn't fooling anyone on what he really is.


Anyways, what a game. But even as a Panther fan, that was bittersweet. Mock and DJ deserved more. They are great players who were really unlucky to not make the NCAA's. Anyway we could borrow them for the rest of March? Please?

As an Aces fan that was brutal. As a fan of the Valley that was an amazing weekend. So many great games. I said congrats to as many UNI fans as I could at the game. If I missed you and your on here. Congrats on a great game! After starting 1-7 in the valley to do what you just did...WOW.

Aces players need to be proud. Take a few days and get back to work. We're not going dancing, but a vacation to NYC is a real possibility in my future! WSU started their run with an NIT Title. Maybe we can to. Maybe.

Congrats to the Panthers, heartbreaking for DJ, Wing and Mock. Missed free throws were the difference and an unadvised shot by Mislav when Aces had the ball and the lead. DJ's has stated that it was his dream to play in the big dance and now the opportunity is gone. Mock returned back to school to have the opportunity. Hope they get a NIT bid. They have earned it over some big name schools whose players will be only going thru the motions in the tournament while belly aching over not getting a NCAA bid.

Mock, DJ and Wing deserve and NIT bid, really an NCAA bid. Too good of players not too at least get that once

OTOH, Marty doesn't deserve dick. A hack of a coach to have talent like that for 4 years and not get 1 NCAA bid

Great Championship game! Washpun has incredible decision making with great execution and finishes positive often.

UNI did what a team has to do, win.

Wondering what seed UNI gets. 12? 13? On one hand, they beat UNC and Iowa State, won 2 out of 3 against WSU, and won 12 of their last 13. On the other, RPI of 70, with 12 losses-- including 2 to Loyola and 1 to MSU. That's going to be quite a discussion for the committee.
