Just add another school to the list whose fans know for sure that Marshall will end up there.

Scratch Texas Tech and insert UNLV if you want to keep this alive and kicking. Marshall has a good thing going - he is paid well / recruiting is getting easier IMO since he has built a solid reputation / fan support check / strong athletic budget in place. Why go reinvent the wheel unless it is a Dream job.
