I feel like you could make a lot of money if you took MSU to finish above Southern this season.

Drake should almost definitely be worse. After that, who knows what will happen. How improved will Bradley be? MSU should be better than SIU but they have a Lusk problem so who knows. Evansville will probably be worse, but not sure I'd guarantee it. Same with the Trees, but they have a better coach so they may manage to be better than expected. Loyola has some talent but have a Mosier problem so who knows how that ends up.

I'd probably give MSU the best shot of avoiding Thursday out of this group. After that, it's a race for 6th.

But we still have this guy: Armon Fletcher (6-4)--he measured out a 43 inch vertical in Spring testing

5-9 starting point guard Mike Rodriguez was better with a 46 inch vertical :o

Unfortunately, they will have to rebound for the one that is missing.
But, at least they have the hops to have a shot at some.
We'll see if Bola is able to secure Alabama's front. I suspect he will do alright in the SEC.

Bola was a tough guy and could anticipate where the ball was going for rebounds but had a hard time finding his way to team meetings and (apparently) had a personality that mixed with Coach coach Hinson like oil in water. he did not help his popularity with me by waiting till late june to say he was transferring--been nice if he'd said so in April when we could have recruited a kid
