I haven't been around this board long enough to know if there's a running injury thread; but unfortunately Matt Chastain tore his ACL in an ultimately meaningless game trying to block a shot. Sucks for the kid, he was looking like a sure fire All Freshmen Team candidate; easily the most explosive leaper I've seen in person. Hoping he'll come back and stronger than ever next year with an already great crop of LU newcomers in Townes, Negron, and Krutwig.

Tough break for Chastain and Loyola. Hopefully, having a full year, he can rehab slowly and get back to 100% for next season.

I hope he gets back 100% but it's just so rarely the case with ACL tears, especially when talking about leaping.
