Somewhere Stan Albeck is smiling with a 92-90 loss.

The bad news...some of the BU returnees have been no shows this season. The good news....three of the newcomers (Darrell Brown, JoJo McGlaston and Koch Bar) appear to be real MVC level players.

Brown was amazing today. Too bad it was in a loss.

Brown will keep us from playing in...this kid is real good. Only question will be can he make the adjustment once teams scheme for him....BU needs to end the Wofford curse tomorrow....

nice win for Loyola over Pac 12 school Washington State. The Cougars were picked last in most Pac 12 polls, but still a very good win for Loyola and the MVC. A game they should have, and did, win.

Now we just need you 2 other Illinois schools to win tonight.

Huge win for Loyola in terms of building their confidence to compete against quality big men. For a team that starts a 7 footer at center and a 6'10 forward the rebound battle was nearly even at 33-32.

Aundre Jackson and Clayton Custer both look like they should be in the running for all newcomer team, and Ingram's should some impressive improvement on his all around game this year. Fun team to watch.

Which 4 teams are you leapfrogging?

As of now, I can name 1, maybe 2.

Loyola's RAMBLERS posted a new look in the Paradise JAM against decent competition. They ran and ran !! In the WSU Cougar game they defeated a MUCH taller team rather handily--
Our League may like --or dislike (If it has a mind to do so, a vastly different Moser coached team. Now 5-1 !!
