Good point. I think Porter Moser wants that job badly but he hasn't had much success at Oklahoma.

Porter has a large buyout and Notre Dame isn't paying that so he won't be going there. Not that they can't they just won't.

Heard Devries name whispered about for jobs and if there's much movement after the NCAA tourney, he will definitely get some looks.

A guy who posts on the MSU board and clearly has connections based on the accuracy of some of his past predictions/ statements has said that Devries already has a P-5 gig lined up , signed and sealed. I don't always agree with this guy, but that's not about the info he gets, just some of how he views things. We'll know fairly soon I guess .

We're about to find out if that poster's credible or not. I hope not, but that Notre Dame opening is still sitting right there.

I think going back to assist for McDermott is admitting you weren't good enough to be a head coach and taking a demotion, which is of course not true at all.
