Curious ISUb fans, how does losing Grey change the game plan? Assuming he doesn’t win his appeal, is that more a depth loss for you, or do you lose a more key part of your roster?

Gray was likely to be one of the first off the bench or even a spot starter depending on the matchup. It puts more weight on the shoulders of unproven players to provide meaningful minutes. Highly touted freshmen Jaden Daughtry and Eli Shetlar along with Jayson Kent and Jake Wolfe will likely see the most increased minutes due to Gray's absence. I don't feel like the game plan changes much, but you're hoping you get some solid play from some young guys for sure. I still feel very confident this team will compete for the MVC championship, but having Aaron available would have raised the confidence even more.
