That'll teach voters about Northwestern.

Also Murray took Mississippi St. down to the wire, losing by 4. Probably the Racers best showing of the year.

Northwestern beat Purdue. They deserved to be ranked.

College basketball always has been nuts.

Drake with a very unimpressive win tonight. NET will definitely drop.

We still haven't found that other gear consistently yet. There were pretty good glimpses against Nevada. Ceiling is quite a bit higher than where we're at, but we keep taking steps forward. I don't honestly think we'll get a 2 bid Valley anyway, so I'm still focused on being the best we can by March.

Indiana State learned today that transfer Aaron Gray will be eligible to play for the rest of the season, this is great news, he'll maybe play vs Ball State tomorrow in Indy

Bradley isn't real good.

The 6-0 start to the season included four two OT games and two more last possession wins. Bradley is really a 4-6 type team, not 6-4. A .500 league season will be an accomplishment.

You would hope winning the league you could build on it - that did not happen in Peoria.

Shitty for the league tonight as well.

Bradley looks completely lost.

At the end of the day, the did win those games early, which is a huge boost. But they certainly haven't looked good during the past four games.

I personally think Wardle is a mid-tier MVC coach and worse than that if we're just talking the offensive side of the ball. Bradley was in rough shape when he arrived, so he gets credit for getting them to where they are, but outside of last season, he's only been better than 5th one time in eight years. He is what he is, I guess.

The Bradley mantra under Wardle has been compete, defend, rebound. That has worked for the most part recently.

But they are 296th in allowing offensive rebounds this season. They start three dudes 6-8 and over but are a horrendous rebounding team. The half court defense isn't to the usual standards.

When you are really good defensively and rebounding you can get away with sub par offense - but if you aren't doing those two things - it's a recipe for a mess.

Indiana State picks up an 83-72 neutral court win today to start off the MVC Saturday games. Nice win over an 8-2 Ball State squad
