The officiating was horrendous, but it shouldn’t have mattered. We had this game put to bed and completely stopped playing our brand of basketball. From DRock on down no one deserved any friendly calls in OT.

The best thing that came out of Wednesday is that both Bradley and Indiana State won to set up a nice 1-2 game for ESPNU this Saturday in Terre Haute.

Bradley comes in winners of nine in a row, looking like the team that started 6-0 with a win against a currently ranked Utah State team.

First place Indiana State has won four straight and comes in at 17-3, with one of the most exciting offensive teams in the country, averaging 86 points per game and boasting the top 3pFG percentage (41%) in the nation and the best eFG% by a large margin.

The season isn't over and those rankings could shift, but we should appreciate what an impressive offense the Trees have.

Wish they wouldn’t have scheduled both the Bradley @ Indiana State & Northern Iowa @ Drake games at 5:00 (CT) Would have been nice if one of them started at 3:00 (CT) or 7:00 (CT).

Southern Illinois finishes on a 25-3 run to flip a 55-35 Murray lead into a 60-58 Salukis win.

Congrats to SIU for not backing down. Big kudos to them.

I'm thinking the Prohm experiment is not looking good. I defended him earlier but not going to with this.

We were on the wrong side of a meltdown just a week ago or so. Nothing will bring out the “Fire the coach” statements faster than that lol

Nice win for Evansville today, a hard-fought battle. Too bad they gave up a three-pointer to Illinois state, almost held them perfect for the day.

Four of their Six Conference Losses:
1-21 Lost 58-54 (had possession down 56-54 with 15 seconds)
1-18 Lost 59-50 to Valparaiso
3-18 Lost 71-64 to Southern Illinois
5-23 Lost 67-60 to Belmont

Very frustrating. One positive take from the game was the play of freshmen Johnny Kinziger and Chase Walker. Looking forward to (hopefully) three more years watching them playing for the Redbirds.
