I'm going to go ahead and write off UNI for a top three spot.

UNI got humiliated at home by Murray St. Coach Jake may need to start recruiting players that can defend.

Bradley had zero issue with the Redbirds in Blo-No. Bradley has not trailed at any point the last two games.

The Braves were up 19 at the half and cruised the rest of the game. Leons and Hannah were both a handful. Hickman didn't have to do much. ISU isn't very good.

There is obviously a lot of game left. But man Indiana State looks good.

Indiana State by one at half....they were up by 17 or 18 early in the half.

Drake has gotten nothing from Brodie or Enright, but are right there.

Kevin Overton really stepped up when the 'dogs needed somebody.

DeVries shook off an early injury for 15 at the half.

You can probably write us off for a Top 6 slot.

Pathetic effort today.

Join the club of pathetic losses. Everyone after Bradley has them.

Bulldogs give the game away at FT line.

Congrats to the Trees on the regular season championship.

Given our history I am still ECSTATIC that we have our series left to battle for 2nd and 3rd. It’s fun to be consistently in the conversation in February, even if the title is essentially gone. See you Saturday at Carver!

Bears may becoming that team you don't want to play in STL if you're a top 4 seed, but then again they're only a game behind SIU and have beaten them in Carbondale , so a top 4 all of a sudden is possible again. However Bears 4 game win streak is in jeopardy in the next 3 games as we play at UNI, Indiana St at home, and at Murray St. UNI may have looked bad vs the Racers in Cedar Falls[ so did the Bears in Springfield] but Jake has been Ford's Kryptonite and we now get a p'd off Jake and a likely very focused UNI .

It's such a strange ride on a Ford led team, and this year has been the full bag. Injuries and Ford's meanderings between lineups ended up with Ford going to a lineup that is more physical and defense oriented and that seemed to jump start the current streak. He's been getting offense from Mason, Clay, and Edwards off the bench, but the last 2 games Chance Moore has found his groove again, and that's huge. He is easily the most gifted Bear , but went thru one of the worst streaks I've seen a player go thru after a big start to the year. He's coming off the bench now, but has a pair of double doubles recently, and yesterday was just dominant across the board. He's the best athlete I've seen in a Bears uniform .

Such a weird spot to be in again, where the bulk of the fan base is done with CDF , but it's easy to get swayed when this team plays well. To me it just validates why we need to change, because this year is symbolic of what it'll probably always be . This team finds and loses itself every few games .
