Evansville will pretty much be starting over, again. With Hummer moving on, the entire starting lineup is gone - 3 from graduation, Hummer, and Toumi, who finally started to show promise, will be returning to Europe to play.

Ragland has to hit homeruns in the portal or most of what was gained this year will be lost.

The no penalty trasnfers and NIL are destroying mid-majors.

UNI got a commitment from D2 All American Max Weisbrod from Northern Michigan.

Player of the year in his league, Averaged 17/7/4.

Was only in the portal for 4 days so this had been a done deal for a while. He'll step in and play heavy minutes right away.

Bradley liked him as well but I guess there is an issue with a foot injury he has. At least that’s what I heard from Bradley people. But if he’s healthy he should be a good Valley player.

Rumor is that ex Ohio st.and new DePaul coach Holtman is courting several Valley guys who entered the portal.

Chuck Bailey III is leaving Evansville.

He seems to have a lot of talent but was also all over the place at times.
