He's an interesting case. Great upside, had committed to Colorado previously, but he unfortunately suffered a broken femur and torn acl over the summer. Colorado wanted him to reclassify to 2017, but he opted to go elsewhere. He's going to miss his senior season, but the femur has healed enough so he could have the acl surgery last week right after committing to Loyola. Hopefully he's ready to go for next summer.

Good news. Hope he heals well and brings game. This looks to continue an overall up grade for Loyola, and sustains what should continue to be a very good guard unit. Hope Porter can bring in some more talented bigs as well. Loyola is already an improvement over Creighton currently, and the trend looks hopeful to sustain that. The decision to add Loyola to the MVC is looking more and more like it was a sound one. We hope so.

Absolutely can't believe that Loyola would go after a player that had previously committed elsewhere. Shameful.
