On paper seems like a good late pickup by the Red Birds. However for a team looking to develop a better chemistry, a guy playing at his 4th school in 4 years sends up some deja-vu warning flares. But he definitely has the potential to be a good player over his career.

I saw several days ago on th eDrake site that Harouna Sissoko from Des Moines committed to the Redbirds. Is that correct?

Reeves is a real good player; watched him and Kennedy go at it in the state playoffs. I know Loyola looked at him but some insiders noted we backed off because admission was going to be an issue at LU.

Excited that ISU was able to get Reeves. I know they had a few others on campus who were ready to sign (including Mitchell), but HCDM held out in hopes of getting Reeves, who was their top target all spring.

Overall was a pretty good week for ISU on the recruiting front. Almost entirely new ISU team next year, but not one lacking any D1 experience. Coupled with an upgraded staff, should be an interesting year at ISU.

Agreed. Certainly a good enough talent thats for sure. I'm always very nervous about guys who switch schools/AAU teams all the time. Bradley recruit Stephan Gabriel is in the same boat.
